After massively crashing from the burnout cycle, I vowed to NEVER go back to running a million miles a minute & missing the moments that mattered most in my life.

In an effort to “FIX” it, I went the opposite direction.

But sometimes we can swing the pendulum too far. And that’s often what fear does to us. It takes us to a different extreme in an effort to protect us from the other.
