*️⃣ HOW DO I GET THERE?

You can drive depending on where you live. Or fly into SMF, Sacramento International Airport, the main airport for Northern California. It’s about an hour and a half drive to Chico from the SMF airport. You can get a rental car or car pool with others attending the Vacay. We may be able to arrange a pick-up & drop-off for an additional fee. Sister Britches, the options are endless.

*️⃣ I’M BOOKING MY TRAVEL, WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AND DEPART?

The retreat runs from Friday at 2pm PT to Sunday at 2 pm PT. You can arrive anytime after 2pm on Friday but you’ll definitely want to be here by 6pm for the welcome dinner and the planned experiences for the evening.

*️⃣ WHAT SHOULD I WEAR, PACK, BRING?

Trust me, it’s super casual, so no need to stress over what you’ll wear. Be comfy. Pack one outdoors adventure outfit & pair of walking shoes. Definitely bring your personal toiletries & anything you can’t live without for a couple of days. Check the weather app a few days before to get a better idea of how many layers to pack.

*️⃣ I’M STAYING WITH YOU, DOES THAT MEAN I’M SNUGGLED UP NEXT TO YOU EACH NIGHT?

LOL, sorry to disappoint but you’ll be sharing a bedroom with one other epic human, & it’s not me. 😉 Between 4 women there will be 2 bedrooms & 1 1/2 bathrooms to use.

*️⃣ I’M STAYING OFF-SITE, WHEN SHOULD I PLAN TO ARRIVE & DEPART EACH DAY?

Friday - Arrive 2pm, Depart 10pm

Saturday - Arrive 8am, Depart 10pm

Sunday - Arrive 8am, Depart 2pm

*️⃣ HOW BIG IS THE GROUP?

I’m intentionally keeping our Vacays to a small, intimate number of 4-6 guests. This size allows for deep connections and significant breakthroughs.

*️⃣ WHAT IF I HAVE A DIETARY NEED?

Just let us know in advance when registering, and we’ll be happy to accommodate you! Our chef can accommodate most common food allergies or dietary needs.

*️⃣ WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

I know that the world is crazy right now, and it’s hard to put a no refund policy into place. However, so much of what we are doing is customized and personalized for each guest, so Vacays are non-refundable.
